Background:

	This patch addresses a DataKeeper issues that was found to exist in
	version 8.7.1.

	- If a multi-target mirror was switched over while one of the targets
      was resyncing, a bugcheck could occur.

	The patch consists of a new DataKeeper Driver (ExtMirr.sys).  The version
	of this driver is 8.7.2.

	This patch must be installed on a system that is already running
	version 8.7.1.

Installation Instructions:
============================

Simple installation:
	Run - as Administrator -  the "Install.cmd" script included in this patch.
	On successful installation, you will be asked to reboot the system.

Manual installation:
	
	On each node, run the following commands in an Administrator command prompt.
	Note that <patch_folder> is the full path to the folder containing the
	updated ExtMirr.sys driver file.

	cd /d %WINDIR%\system32\drivers
	move /y ExtMirr.sys ExtMirr.sys-8.7.1
	copy <patch_folder>\ExtMirr.sys

	Then reboot the system.

To verify installation:

	On each cluster node, in a command prompt run "emcmd . getserviceinfo".  In
	the output, you should see these lines:

			Service Version     = 8.7.1
			Service Build       = 8726
			Driver Version      = 8.7.2
			Driver Build        = 872001001

NOTE: If a repair install of DataKeeper version 8.7.1 is performed on any
of the cluster nodes AFTER this patch has been applied, you must re-apply
it using the instructions here.
